each menu style is a separate Dreamweaver extension.
We don't offer universal menu builder, but opitimized, top-level,
ready-to-use menus. Each extension is optimized for one design and one
type of functionality.
All you need is to choose a proper menu:

However each menu has many parameters for customization, I recommend
to try a free version of some menu, for example, Adobe Style Menu:
